All companies that exhibit at INTERWINE CHINA have one of the following activities: Production of Wines or Spirits, Professional Wine & Spirits Assocaition/Orgnization, Wine Trading, Wine Cooperative, Affiliated Products, Food or Beverage Industry.

What should I do to exhibit at INTERWINE CHINA 2017?

To take part in the trade show you must fill in the application form.

Please be advised that we only accept registrations with signature and company stamp. Once you have sent your application form, our commercial team will contact you to finalize the details of your participation.

 

How can I choose my booth space at INTERWINE CHINA 2017?

When you fill in the registration form to exhibit at INTERWINE CHINA you have to choose your booth type and size. You can also indicate your wishes with respect to your stand neighbors. The organizer keeps first come, first serve principle. The information will be kept confidential and our sales team will do their best to comply with your wishes.

How long do I have to decide whether to participate?

To make sure that INTERWINE CHINA runs smoothly, the registration period for exhibitors ends in April,2017. No applications will be accepted after this date.

But we prefer to push you for a registration as soon as possible, as the registration results are very optimistic for 2017 and do not ensure a lot of available space in the coming weeks.

 

How much will it cost me to participate in INTERWINE CHINA 2017?How should I plan my budget?

Your participating expenses will depend on several factors: not only the size of your booth but also the importance of your products, sales material you might want to prepare for the show, special services you will need and so on. Each company has its own particular needs and requires a customized answer.

Can I cancel my registration?

No, registration fees are not refundable.

 

Are there discounted hotel rooms in CHINA(GUANGZHOU)?

INTERWINE China does not offer discounted hotel rates. However, we recommend a professional hotel agent to take care of your accommodation during your stay in GUANGZHOU.

 

How can I get a translator to help me dealing with Chinese language?

INTERWINE China recommends a professional translation company to help your communication during your visit on the show and your stay in CHINA(GUANGZHOU).
